  1. Wash the tomatoes properly and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Once pressure cooker is cooled, remove cooked tomatoes and blend it with the help of the hand blender, strain with the help of strainer and keep aside tomato juice.
  2. Heat up the ghee or butter in a pan on low flame. Add finely chopped garlic cloves and saute for a minute.
  3. Now add the tomato juice and add salt, red chili powder, roasted jeera powder and water and mix everything well. Cook for 7 to 10 mins till it gets thick. Switch off the flame. Add some fresh cream and mix well.
